Opening hours (business day)
Sales count from opening to closing. If you close after midnight, sales after midnight still count for the day you opened. Same for all branches; only you can change it.
Clear all orders
Deletes every order and all sales history for the branch you choose, so it starts again from order #1. Products, prices, branches and logins stay. This can't be undone.
